Notice is Hereby Given that pursuant to ARS §48-910 the Why Domestic Water Improvement District is proposing an increase to water service rates beginning May 1st, 2025.
Public Hearing: A public hearing will be held to discuss these proposed changes and receive public input. The hearing details are as follows:

• Location: Why Community Building at 341 S Sonoita Way, Highway 85, Why, AZ, 85321
All interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide feedback.

*Additionally, starting on the July 2026 water bill a 3% increase per year will go into effect
These adjustments are being made to secure the financial stability of the district and to facilitate the acquisition of debt associated with a grant from the USDA Rural Development.
